Our point of difference
As a registered commercial builder with the Victorian Building Authority since 2020, and licensed in South Australia and New South Wales, we are equipped to manage national rollouts with confidence. Backed by strong relationships with retail and shopping centre groups Australia-wide, we understand the complexities of working within these environments and have successfully delivered projects for major multi-brand clients, including the Country Road Group. Our approach begins well before construction starts—we conduct thorough plan reviews to identify issues early, assist with permit applications, and manage all compliance documentation to ensure a smooth approval process.
Every project is different, and we pride ourselves on offering a personalised experience to bring your vision to life. From our joinery manufacturing facility in Thomastown, Victoria, to our carefully planned construction programs, we work with precision and purpose—always aiming for the earliest possible handover without compromising quality. Our team conducts regular quality assurance inspections throughout the build and holds full insurance coverage up to $20 million, including professional indemnity insurance, giving our clients peace of mind from start to finish.
